About John R Williams
Jack Williams, I did not pick up a camera until 6 years ago when the condo we live in on the Beach in Long Beach California wanted to put up pictures in all the hallways. It was pretty easy because all I had to do was walk out the door, walk 50 yards to the shore front to my left was the east to the right was the west, our building faces directly south. I had watched our tremendous sunrises and sunsets for almost 8 years. I purchased a Nikon d90 and away I went learning how to operate on the fly. We also have a tremendous bunch of bird wild life, Terns, Skimmers, Avocets, Sandpipers, Pelicans, and many more. When all was said and done I wanted to do mostly sunrise and sunset pictures, with birds in them , over the ocean I try to get them in the foreground of the raising or setting sun and this is only available to me for 4 to 5 months a year because the birds are in the constant state of migration. I have available a couple wildlife reserves that i use occasionally for a larger variety of birds and sunrises. I'm very lucky to live in a place with almost perfect conditions for a Sunrise or Sunset for 4 to 5 months a year. Jack Williams
